In our Strategy+ program we insist on the rocks, sand, and beer approach. It is sheer hardwork but it really pays off. There are 2 stages to the program:

Stage 1: Building the foundation

In this stage you will be workshopped (online or in venue) through the 7 modules of foundation building. These modules consist of: Get Focused (CVP); Differentiate; Visualise; Define Business Model; Brand your Business; Plan your Success; and, Market it.

Stage 2: Consultancy and Advisory

In a series of Clinics you will have a mentor consultant who will tackle immediate issues through online conferencing: problems and opportunities are analysed and decisions made; actions are taken and followed up for review.
